Hi Friends!! What a crazy week we have had this week. Each day at school we celebrated either the teacher, parent, benefactors, grandparents, or the kids. I think that I have been up at the school just as much as the kids have volunteering or just being a parent for one of the kids. They have put on plays and we have been given the chance to do lessons with them in the classroom. It’s been a lot of fun but I haven’t gotten a thing done at the house. It looks like a war zone when you walk in the front door. You have to step over piles of laundry and watch where you walk because you don’t want to slip on a monster truck! I am very thankful for the time that I got to spend with them and also very thankful the weekend starts tomorrow so I can try to reorganize.
Today I am sharing a Sausage & Vegetable Stew. It’s a family favorite and will get eaten up fast! Matter of fact I made this the other night and was going to take pictures for the blog of the stew after we ate, some of you might be questioning the logic behind this but it just smelled so good and we were so hungry!! Well, can you guess what happened?? Yep, we ate it all before I got to take pictures. 🙁 It makes a lot y’all, and I just knew we would have leftovers!
Well, thank goodness it’s an easy stew to make and loved by all because I made it again tonight! This time I took pictures First and then shared it with my family. I hope that you like it as well and that it will help keep you warm during all of these cold winter blasts we are getting.
As most of you might remember I am a recipe contributor for my blogging buddy Wanda Ann over at Memories by the Mile. Well, today is my day to contribute so you will have to hop over to Memories by the Mile and grab the recipe to this tasty Sausage and Vegetable Stew. You will love it!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and get lots of rest!!
